Shipping for domestic orders are built into the price of the print.
These shipping prices reflect the standard for various sizes and packaging for the different types of prints.
International orders require contacting bill@lensobjectives.com to make sure we can get you an accurate shipping prices for the chosen format.

Standard production time is 10-15 business days to ensure the file is accurately prepped for printing and the printer has enough time to package the print.
For rush orders please contact bill@lensobjectives.com and we will determine if the given print size can be expedited. Rush orders come with an addition charge based on the size and format.
Delivery during peak seasons and holidays may differ so please reach out for current turnaround times if this is a concern.

Packaging is unique to each printed format:
Canon & Hahnemühle Paper
Photo Paper prints up to 12×18 are covered with archival tissue, sandwiched between two pieces of corrugated cardboard with archival tape to prevent slipping and damage to the corners of the print, and placed in archival plastic sleeves.
This is packaged within a flat mailer to ensure no bending occurs.
Prints bigger than 12×18 will be placed in a shipping tube to ensure no damage occurs.
Canvas Prints
Canvas prints will be shipped in a cardboard box with photo corners to protect the edges.
Metal Prints & Acrylic Prints
Smaller prints in these mediums will be shipped in a 20×26 box. If the prints do not fit comfortably and safely in this box, a custom crate will be made for them.
The crates are made with high quality plywood and all come with custom foam lining on the inside.

Our return policy is dependent shipping damage or printing errors that are not in the original file.
You have 10 business days upon delivery of the print to provide photographic details showing damage to the packaging/print or photographic errors.
Please send these photos to bill@lensobjectives.com and we will work on getting you a replacement as soon as possible.
This replacement may require photographic proof of the destruction of the prints.
